Running Your Own Stagecoach School
We know starting a new business can come with questions.
Here are the answers to help you feel confident as you begin your journey with Stagecoach.
No, you don’t need a background in performing arts to be a successful Principal. Your role is to manage the business, lead your team, and ensure the smooth running of the school. We’ll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
Running a Stagecoach School is flexible, as classes are typically held in the evenings or on weekends. However, you’ll need to dedicate time to managing your school, handling admin, marketing, and supporting your teachers. Many Principals find it a rewarding business that fits around their lifestyle.
As the Principal, your role is to lead and manage the school—you’ll hire experienced teachers to run the classes while you focus on growing your business and supporting your team.
You’ll manage the recruitment process, but we provide resources and guidance to ensure you bring the right people on board through comprehensive teacher training with our Global Teacher Training and Development Manager.
While you don’t need a permanent, long-term lease, it’s important to have a reliable, consistent venue for your classes each week. Most Principals rent a local school hall or community center on a recurring basis, ensuring a stable location that students and parents can count on.
You’ll receive extensive training before you open your school and ongoing support from our team in areas like marketing, operations, and recruitment. We’re here to guide you through every step of running your business.
Stagecoach gives you everything you need to promote your school, from national campaigns to easy-to-use local marketing templates and digital strategies. You’ll take charge of marketing in your area, but don’t worry—we’ll provide the training and guidance to help you reach your community.
